The 10th anniversary concert in memory of Princess Diana, will be held this Sunday (1/7) at Wembley Stadium.

Confirmed performers include Elton, Duran Duran, Status Quo, Bryan Ferry etc

Oh look, WB - Fergie will be there! Wink

In UK - BBC will be covering the event, so I expect online clips will be available to view as well

In US - VH1 will be broadcasting live depending on your time zone, and online stream available later

The voices in my head may be imaginary, but they've got some really great ideas.

It's likely you'll be able to watch it online when you get back. I suppose there will be a DVD eventually, as well.

Won't be 'My Humps', Arlech? Wink

What a great day. I'm sure Diana loved it! Cool They did say Elton was expected to close with Candle In The Wind, unless he decided to stick to what he said 10 years ago that he wouldn't perform it again.

All the events from today here, if you missed anything - http://www.bbc.co.uk/concertfordiana/

(I guess audio/video clips will be added later)

I had a look at the line-up and decided to pass. What most of these folks had to do with Diana is a bit beyond me. I know she liked Duran Duran, obviously Elton, Sarah Brightman, AL Webber and so on - but P Diddy, Kanye West, Joss Stone, etc? Diana's been dead 10 years. Joss and some of the others were in elementary school or completely unheard of.

They would have raised some nice money if Paris had come out and waved at the crowd.

I didn't see all of it, but you didn't miss anything with P Diddy, Kanye West etc. I found myself thinking, er why? Confused However, Status Quo, Duran Duran and Elton etc were probably the best acts of the day. Loved Elton's concert opener with 'Your Song'.

They said on the Today Show, that the princes got some of their favs to come and perform as well. I could live without seeing P Diddy, Kanye West, etc. But I really wanted to see Elton and Duran Duran. I used to love them back in the day. Laughing
